Trouble with CoD 4 servers?

Sometimes I can find servers, and sometimes, especially if i quit a game or a mod download fails,or just sometimes, it contacts the master server, and gets no servers. And It is allowed in my firewall.

Oh yeah, and whenever I download a mod through teh game, it normally DL's several files, then will crash on one.

I had this problem, running the game as administrator fixed it for me.
