Trying to find name of old PC game!!

I used to play this game as a kid and its driving me nuts. I just remember it has this old nutty looking professor and you have to solve these puzzles. The puzzles are kind of like mouse trap kind of puzzles like you have to put the ball in a certain place so it falls in the bucket and the bucket falls over and the ball goes down a tube or something. I dont know exactly what the point or the goal was but its been driving me nuts!! please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions!!

And TIM was probably one of the first PC games I ever played! Back in.. Hm.. 2001!

TIM was awesome. There's been some games that tried to copy it, flash games even. But they suck. :DShotGunBunny
