So i bought the dx11's and when i set them up and put them on i noticed a little hum or hiss, nothing bad or anything. Im just wondering if there is any way to get rid of it? what if i didnt directly put the usb into the xbox? like if i bought the usb wall plug adapter, would that help?

First mistake :P Anyways I would check the wires, and if there is no problem there, I would use the digital in (optical cable).

This adapter, or a variation of itis needed if your current plug does not have optical out.

Other then that I'm not sure as I don't own the headphones or an Xbox 360.

Anyways if you think the problem is with the USB, try the headphones on a different source, ie computer and see if you still get that noise.
