Do you have analog cable or digital cable? Any reason you don't want PCI? They do have USB and PCI Express x1 cards, but I'm just curious.

Well do you have a PCI Express x1 not x16 available? It's one of those very short slots.

EDIT: If you do have on available, take a look at this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815306006

Some of the reviews say driver support is bad, but it sounds to me like they are trying to get drivers off of the Diamond Multimedia website when they should be downloaded from ATI's website directly. I've read positive reviews of ATI's TV Tuner cards.

Looks like you have to hook up the Kworld product into a dedicated monitor instead of having work with your PC at all, also I don't see digital cable tuning functionality in the specs.

If you have a cable box, your cable company is required by law to provide you a box with a functioning FireWire port. What does this do for you? Well, you can connect it to your computer via FireWire and get a direct stream from the cable box. It's digital, so the quality is great and FireWire addon cards are super cheap. You'll need some drivers and programs, so here's a link to an AVSFourm post with all the links and info.
