The video card takes up so much space, that it takes up to an additional slot perhaps covering up your PCI slots which can be used for a sound card or wireless network card? Or is it that this recertified card does not have a Molex to PCI-E power adapter so you need to go buy one if you Power supply only has 1?

You need two PCIe power connectors on your power supply. Either that or you mean that it takes up the PCIe slot and another space on the backing plate.

As stated above, you need 2 6-pin PCIe connectors. If your PSU only has one, you need the above part; also available from Newegg.

That particular PSU has 2 6-pin PCIe connectors, so no: You wouldn't need an additional cable.
