The questions are .Here is my first question what is the diffrence between a pci video card etc.The other question is how do you upgrade a video card in a computer?:D

You simply turn off youre PC open the side Get a phillips head screwdriver unscrew the video card take it out put the new one in screw it in and turn youre pc on.

 

There is a bit more than that. but thats like the basics for noobs at PC's.

It would REALLY help if you would  post your computer specs.  It would make giving you the right information much much easier.

Basically there are three possible types of slots [on the motherboard] that a video card can fit into.

If your PC is old it will most likely have a PCI slot. But this technology is very outdated now.

Some PCs will have an AGP slot. You can still get some decent cards for this type of slot.

New PCs will come with a PCI-E slot. This is the newest technology, so all new video cards are able to go into PCI-E slots.
