I have installed Vista twice on my PC. The old installation doesn't work anymore; I want to delete it. What do I do? Safe mode/disk clean up/ formatting didn't work.

Download a program call Kill Disk, burn it to a CD, pop the CD in and start your computer up and then proceed to completely nuke your partition and reinstall

I'll try. Thanks.

But if there would be any other ways...

Don't I need the "purchased software" for this? Ugh... why does everything have to be so hard!
