Whats sad about it? Who cares? If you wish to visit and/or read news and reviews that focus on PC, why not check out PC Gamer or Games for Windows or web sites dedicated to pc gaming? This is a general site, for ALL systems. Obviously the systems that get the most attention will be the ones that are the most POPULAR.
They don't have any secret vendetta against the PC, they are just running their business like any other company would. Which is focusing most of their effort on their biggest sellers. Don't let this get you down, just understand how it works.
If you want pc-centric reporting, find an outlet that focuses on such.
Typical forum browser to complain and whine over everything, huh?
Gamespot probably wants to test the PC version further, because it's a PC version, which means better graphics and more things to manage. That, or they got it in late, which happens. Whatever the case, I'm glad they are taking their time to play the game fully on PC, because that makes a better review.
I asked Alex the same question and he said that in order to review the game on a PC, they would have to go to Irrational's offices, or wait for a retail copy. I am glad they waited, because going to a corporate office could undermine the integrity of the review (I'm looking at you PC Gamer, and your "review" of Doom 3).
to review the console version of bioshock and not the PC version. we'll have to wait a month for that. it seems like this whole site doesnt even take the PC seriously. so sad....CYSYKO
Did you even read the review? I didnt once read anywhere about a console/PC difference, the review seemed totally focused on the game itself and not the platform. Get over your bias.
Though a PC-only review would be ideal since there are a handful of PC-exclusive features incorporated into the final version.
