Ugly .exe's

I had this notepad on my usb and when i opened it i think i caused problems on my PC.

Conime.exe
Severe.exe
Jitpjr.exe

I dwled security task manager and it says all these things are dangerous (as well as checking on various sites) and i delete them from security task manager but of course it doesnt work. They open in safe mode also from start up, I also go to where they are and cause they are running obviously i cant delete them.

Also i ran norton and it doesnt even find them let alone delete them, any advice or will i have to format?
