It is posted on usenet under the wrong title (ut2003 rather than ut3) group: alt.binaries.boneless subject line snippet: !!!!! Neo567 post UT2003 DEMO !!! If you don't know what usenet is, don't bother with this info :) Also, Fileshack has it. If you register ($1) you can get pretty good speeds, if not, it's about a 30 minute to 1 hour wait for the free server. I cannot confirm that the Fileshack file is unlocked at this time. The file on usenet IS, it is the same unlocked file that was leaked earlier today.
