I have had this mobo for about 2 months ----->http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-209-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=205

On the box it says onstickers it can take CPU's with 1333FSB. Now i was wondering will i still need to update theBIOS to run my new E6850 processor?

The asus websitesays that your processor has been supported since bios 1102 from may 25th this year, so if you have that version (you can check with the asus bios update program) you can install it, but, I would update to the newest version anyway.
