does it make sense updating my bios, if i do this is what i will get

1.update logo to 640x480
2.update raid rom
3.update smart fan rule
4.update CPU code (agesa 3.5.2.1) to improve memory compatibility

support new cpu:AM3 AMD Athlon II 435/425 ,AM3 AMD Sempron 140
-improve ejiffy installation

is the things worth anything and i still not sure if it will solve my problem in bein able to run windows 7

any advise will be grately appreciated

It never hurts running the latest BIOS. Besides the listed things, there may also be bug fixes not isted.

usually you just download the update file....and run it very easy

the update is 832kb am putting it on floppy or a cd and boot it and just follow the instructions on the screen

If the update is a single file with some unusual sexension (e.g. .ROM) then you need to put it on a floppy. Turn on machine and enter BIOS setup. Look around until you find some option to update BIOS from disk/file. Select the file on the floppy and that's it.

Make sure there is no possiblilty of losing power during the BIOS flash, otherwise you will have to replace your motherboard.
