FOR MY RAMS I HAVE 4 SLOTS
2 FOR SDR & 2 FOR DDR1
THE BIGGEST MEMORY I COULD HAVE COULD BE 2 GB OR NOT?
AND MY MOTHER BOARD IS 32 BIT
AND THE VGA CARDS COULD BE 64 OR 128 BIT, THIS VGA CARD COULD WORK ON MY PC?

Memory size is restricted by the motherboard, and we have no idea what type of motherboard you have and therefore cannot say with any accuracy what exactly your motherboard can use. I'm also unsure of what you mean by SDR and DDR1 - I'm guessing you read something wrong and have four 184-pin DDR SDRAM slots. But since you didn't tell us how much RAM you have and in what configuration, again you've given us no useful information.
Your motherboard is what? That makes no sense.
For the graphics card, I'm assuming you're talking about memory size (I'd usually guess memory interface, but with what you've posted already, that seems a bit too advanced for you to be looking at). Memory size has nothing to do with compatibility - you need to find out what type of graphics slot you have, since that is the only thing that makes or breaks a graphics card upgrade 100%.
My honest opinion? Take your computer to a professional. I don't think you should be snuffling around inside your computer case.
