So I recently have ran into some cash during this holiday season, and it's already burning a hole in my pocket. I've got a 2 year old rig, that i'm really looking forward to upgrading. This is what i'm planing on getting:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161244 HIS HD 4850 512MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005 Corsair 650W PSU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145184 Corsair RAM 4GB (2x2GB)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359 Gigabyte Mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116072 Intel e5200 2.5GHz
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134 Arctic Cooling CPU Cooler

I wouldn't like to spend more than approx 550$ without rebates. So, any suggestions would be great. Also, i plan on overclocking the e5200 to about a 3.5GHz or higher cpu.

You don't need that big a power supply, save some money and get this one:
