upgrading graphics card need help

im looking to buy a new graphics card for my pc i have a NVIDIA GeForce 7500 LE that came with it dont know if its a good card or not...but still im looking to update i not looking for anything more than maybe...$160??

these are my pc specs

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ Processor & 2.4GHz

2GB DDR2 SDRAM.

is there anything else u should put?

if you want a DX10 card, if you have Vista, you could look at the 8500's, but dont know a whole lot about them so...JSDempsey

that looks like a really good deal. im really looking to play oblivion with better graphics would that card help improve it much more?huxterr

bestec ATC-300-12z power supply (or whatever it's called)

i saw the the MAx is 300W

so i would need to change that as well right??

any suggestion on one?
