Upgrading Graphics Card Question

I recently bought a pc with a ATI Radeon HD 3450 in it and I'm not too happy with the current card. I have a 350watt powersupply in the computer right now and want a minor upgrade GC upgrade, I have a $50 gift card to FS and this is the best thing I could find for 350watt ps.

So my question is would that(^^^) card be that much better then my ATI Radeon HD 3450(256mb) to warrent an upgrade? 

hi, i used Toms Hardware's benchmarking charts to compare your current card with the 7600 GS. Hopefully you can use this to see if the upgrade is really worth it. Overall i saw that the 7600 GS gave 20-30 additional fps on average.
