loved it. i think it would offend people who don;t think themselves clever enough to handle computers. i have tried explaining to a lady at work (retail computers) that all u need to do to install ur new router is to put the CD in and read the instructions. she seemed to havea preprogrammed response of "I don't know how to do it" straight after i said "read instructions" implying she was illiterate (which i know she wasn't coz she had a shopping list)

Some people just dont wanna be bothered with it, why learn when someone can do it for you for a few extra bucks? is their mentality. shrug, its their loss.
