Heya all!!

Im sorry to be taking all of u, ur time but my laptop just had a horrible accident and I would love if someone could help me with it...

What happened was that yesterday, some orange juice was spilled over my laptop and now it doesnt even turn on (only the lights start flashing as if it was turning on, but the actual pc doesnt work). I would just like to ask u all some suggestions on what to do, cause repairing is too expensive and buying another one is out of question.

Sorry guys but Im really panicking... Looking forward for ur suggestions...

It's all hooked up to the mains right? Not just running off the battery? Are any of your buttons gunked up and sticky

When you say you cleaned it up, do you mean that you wiped the keyboard (and between the keys) or you removed the cover, and gently wiped the MOBO with water (with NO power connected) and allowed it to dry?

the moment you spilled the juice, you should have taken the battery away and let the laptop dry, it was just a matter of time before liquid got into a more important component and short the whole thing

if you forgot to take the cover off and clean it up before powering it on, there is a very very small chance if you do it now that it "might" work again. also you should use rubbing alcohol to clean it up, as it will evaporate quicker than water and remove orange juice residue better, altho you should do a quick search to see how it reacts with silicon first.
