Urgent help with Ati Radeon HD3870x2

I'm getting single GPU performance.. i tried the pc test in devil may cry 4 and i get a max fps of like 120.. i used to get around 230 to 240! please help me i'm freakin worried!

core 2 quad q6600 @ stock speeds i.e. 2.4hgz

intel dq965gf mobo

1gbx4 ddr2 ram @ 667 mhz

Saphire Ati radeon hd3870x2 core @ 891mhz and memory @999mhz

Cooler Master CM690 Cabinet with 7 120mm Fans

250 GB Segate Baracuda @ 7200rpm

Cooler Master Xtreme Power 600W PSU

Have you changed anything either hardware or software wise, that you think could've caused this?

What about some other games?
