Hey, I've got some issues i'm a bit concerned about and so hope you could answer my questions before I decide to buy borderlands.

1. My most important question - If I don't have any specific friends getting borderlands, can I still do coop? I heard this is essentially what makes the game good and would love to do coop, so am I able to search for people playing the game around the same level andsimply join there's? Like a sort of matchmaking system with random players?

2.If the answer to Question 1 was yes, for the PC is there a chatbox to type into when playing borderlands? - So I can communicate with others without a mic?

3. Is it compatible with windows 7? - I'm getting a new Pc soon with this installed.

4. Can a intel core 2 duo 2.13 ghz processer with a ATI 4670 graphics card and 4 gig ram, run this game well? And on what details?

Sorry for the amount of questions, yet if anyone could take the time to answer them - who already has the game,I would appreciate it very much!

Thanks again!

The game has not been released yet for the PC (It's going to be released for the PC on the 26th). Since I don't have the game yet I cant say for sure but I haven't heard anything about a match making service. I don't know if there'll be a way to meet up with other players looking for team mates. I would assume that it would be compatible with Win7. It would be strange for a company to release a new game without supporting Win 7.

Obviously you can still do co-op. This is kinda obvious really... I mean the pc version doesn't even have splitscreen so you have to play online. And there will be games for you to join.

You should go to the Borderlands website and the Gearbox website. If you emailed their Tech Support you could get answers really quick.:)

By the way, bumping your own topic is against the rules, and it won't make answers appear any faster.:P

Thanks, so its like matchmaking then, where I can randomnly find people? I know it may have been a stupid question, but I looked everywhere and couldn't find any specific comments on it. Also, any know if you can type in a chatbox during the game, as I don't have a mic? - May be another stupid question =/

You should be able to, but I can't tell you for sure as I don't own the game. But I don't think I've played a modern FPS that didn't have text chat.
