Get a quad core CPU. It costs a bit more but you'll be glad you did

everything is compatible but i would really try and get an athlon II x3 or x4 if you can afford it even if it means taking the gpu down to an hd 6850

Check newegg's combo deals for some CPU+Motherboard combos

I got this one for you already which is about $30-40 more expensive than what you have but it is a quad core CPU

Its a $40 difference. Just wait until you get some more money and then just buy that off the get go. You'll spend more money if you buy what you have now and then just have to upgrade anyway. Not to mention installing a new motherboard is a pain in the ass since you have to take your entire computer apart

I've already got the CPU, Mobo and everything, got them 7 months ago. Also will this PSU work with the build? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-RS650-ACAAE3-UK-GX-Series-Supply/dp/B0035QAKOM/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1340547968&sr=1-1

That CPU will bottleneck your system.

This is what you want :

Don't upgrade later, it will cost more. Save up and get this now.
