Using a USB to Install windows on ASUS M4A88T-M AM3 880g motherboard ?

so i don't have a dvd drive been trying to use a usb , made a usb bootable have SUCCESSFULLY installed windows on a netbook twice before .

thing is for i havent used an AMD based system before and 1st time using an ASUS motherboard , i go in the boot menu change the boot priority to usb and disable the rest of the drives that could be in 2nd or 3rd as priortized to booting dosent work . disconected the hard drive . the thing loads , then i connect it and refresh it the hrad drive shows when i select a partition and hit next says something like enable boot drive function from bios somthing like that

Kinda hard to help you remotely with an issue like this. Try to search your BIOS functions, there should be a boot option in there.

1) It being AMD based has no effect on this issue.

2) Set boot priority to USB then Harddrive
