What will a game look like if it is running on minimum required video card? (Oblivion)

It would neither look or run great. I remember buying the game when it first came out and it brought my 6600gt 128mb to its knees.

It might run ok and thats being generous but I don't think it will look great. I remember when I got Flight Sim 10 Back in 06. The requirements were: 256mb RAM 1 GHz CPU 15GB HDD 32MB Graphics. The rig I had at the time was 512mb RAM 1.6 GHz CPU 60 GB HDD ATI Radeon 9000 32MB i exceeded all of the requirements except the graphics which still should have been adequate but the game looked like crap.

FSX is still very hard to make look good.
