my 7900 gtx has been acting up latley. my games were starting to get weird artifacts, and most games were crashing and restarting the whole computer, similar to a computer overheating. Stalker is a nice game to test this problem on. it will usually last for about 3 min before i get this longer than normal pause, then the framerate dips down to 20 and below. about a min later the system crashes. the error mesage tells me its a problem with the display drivers. ive had the same driver since it came out, played and beat stalker with that and these specs, not to many slow downs either(great game btw). is it that my graphics card is just getting worn out from the heat of my bedroom? (and me constantly oc'ing it and resetting it) Other specs are the 4800+ x2 AMD chip, with 2 gigs of ram. this "problem" has killed 2 of my motherboards in the past 4 months when it slowly started. im using this one hoping for the best really. my powersupply "before was http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817159054. and my powersupply currently is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817159055.

Things ive tried: reformatting, switching cpu's, switching powersupplys, switching motherboards (had no choice). correct drivers installed, and only thing im led to believe is that my video card (which is a little over a year old) is just getting worn out as ive gamed on it for many many hours, and tweaked it a ton. (as this was my first built machine)

thats pretty much it, any help would be apperciated. and please dont just skip this because you crashed into the wall of text.
