you have intergreated graphics so it wont play good not even on low (at least i dont think so)
if you want to you have to upgrade your graphics first make sure you have a pci-e slot then make sure you psu is strong enough and ideal psu has about 450w with at least 20 amps on the 12v rail
then buy a video card with a pci-e video card
i would recommedn the 3850 since it doesnt require to much power
3850 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129101
if your power supply isnt strong enough replcae it with this one

He can play OLDBLIVION. Haha, all settings on low, no shadows, low grass detail, canopy shadows off, and texture size medium. It will probably still lag though.xavierdhjane
The way that OldBlivion works shouldn't help this OP. I believe it will help a wannabe game player with either the very late Intel GMA chips, and the many 6100/ 6150 nVIDIA chips, however. What it's doing is swapping Dx8's SM1 pixel shader textures for those in the game. That's because the nVIDIA FXes (and 6200s) had defective SM2 shader functions, while they ran Dx8 moderately well.
ATI's Radeons had a fully functional SM2 shader mechanism all the way back to their 9500/ 9500 Pro cards, and they run Dx9 at the exact same animation speed as Dx8. The Xpress200 is based on the X300 VPU, which in its own turn, had been based on the Radeon 9600. (Incidentally, the 9550 is/ was not related to the Radeon 9500, and all variations but the XT model of the 9600 card were slower than the 9500 had been -- they were a half generation apart at release, and less expensive to produce than the more or less similar 9500).
