ive been watching some online hd videos and it lags a bit. ok so i have an old computer with win98 and some crappy video card and a crt monitor and i got high speed interent. how come it lags? is it the video card? the monitor? or possible the internet?

If the video is lagging because it has to stop and load, its your internet.

If its lagging but is already loaded, its the video card.

Its not the monitor, all the monitor does is show what your computer says. The computer is the one lagging.

If you're still running 98, chances are it's your hardware that can't keep up with the video. This belongs in the PC Hardware forum.
