Vindictus, are there any catches?

I now its great and free,..but i wanted to know if there is any catch as it is free and too good to be true?

anything at all? like malaware, or excessive advertisements, i mean whats the catch?

I'm only up to level 11 or so but it's pretty good so far. I haven't really researched what the F2P limitations are, but so far it's not noticeable for me. That may change at higher levels. It's a nice little diversion so far.

WoW Cataclysm is coming out in a couple weeks, then guild wars 2 is around the corner. just wait.

Thats your opinion.. I have absolutely Loved Trackmania Nations Forever, Alien Swarm, and Alliance of Valliant arms.(all of wwhich are completely free). Vindictus is a good free game. Not the best MMOrpg but its free so not a real issue.

You caught my attention with Alliance of Valiant Arms. I've honestly played that game more than a lot of retail shooters that I get, and it doesn't have the same problems most F2P games have such as a mass amount of hackers, imbalanced cash shop, and poor graphics. It came out in 2007 in Korea, and it has graphics from that time, when they are turned up of course. It's one of the best shooters I've ever personally played.

repetitive combat and small, bland dungeons.

To be fair, all MMOs, and nearly all combat-oriented games, have repetitive combat.

Its not out in Europe yet, thats the catch!

The game may look awesome and exciting from videos(not to mention...FREE!) However, it is simply dull and repetitive. The co-op isn't all that great either.
