does anyone have this yet?

I will be getting it tomorrow.  I hope its better than Top Spin 2 for PC was.  The PC review for Virtua is not out yet but we really need a good PC tennis game!

So I picked it up and it's great!  Way better than Top Spin 2.  It runs nice and fast in 1280x1024, looks great and the game play is fast paced and very smooth.

If you want a tennis game on PC get Virtua Tennis 3 for sure and not Top Spin 2!

both are good games - vt is more pick-up-n-play and top spin is a little more tactical.  if mario tennis is your style (mt64 is one of my fav tennis games of all time), vt3 is for you.

i know you had issues running ts, but i had no problems w/ my 6800gt.  not taxing at all really.

I have a 6800GT and the game is not playable at 1280x1024!  TS is good on 360 but crap on PC.  That is why Virtual Tennis is better.  You would have to prove to me with a FRAPS video that TS runs well at all on your 6800GT because I know it doesn't.  You must just tolerate very low frame rates and buggy game play.

Sorry man it's just that I have a 6800GT also and I know for a fact that this game is unplayable even with the card OCed.  It's still too slow and un responsive even in 1024x768.  Like I said in another thread Top Spin 2 is the first game I have found that I just can not play at all because there is no option to turn off AA and whatever lighting effect the game uses.  So if you are playing this game on that card you are settling for a FPS below 20!

You should really get Virtua Tennis 3 because you can max it out without AA in 1280x1024 and get FPSs in the 50s!  Plus it looks better anyway.  I agree that Top Spin 2 as a game is better than Virtua Tennis 3 on 360.  But the PC version is just about the worst, most poorly optimized port I have ever seen!
