virus help please

Looking for some help removing a virus. Not sure the name of it, but it has made it to where internet explorer can not connect to the internet and is working offline. firefox can connect though. and it keeps popping up random crash screens and "your computer is infected please click here to fix" etc...

I have ran ewido's antivirus program as well as Webroot spysweeper. neither has fixed the problem.

any help in this would be great. thanks in advance
