Hey guys I want to buy a laptop mainly for media like dvds and dvd burning and stuff like downloading basicly everything but gaming. I decided on a Fujitsi Semiens with 1.86 ghz dual-core, 2 gigs of ram, 256mb nvidia graphics card, dvd burner, 15.4 imch screen and vista home basic. It sells for 699 euro but Im getting it for 400 euro brand new through a friend. What do you guys think? the main thing I am worried about is vista basic, what are the differences between basic and premium and are they worth a **** load of extra cash.

Thanks as always plz wb soon!:)

the "best" version of vista is home premium as it contains all the features that really make vista, vista. i would suggest you try and get that version if your budget allows. other than that your good to go with that system given your "everything but gaming" usage
