Vista: how doi shut off message "windows has blocked some startup..."

i turned off a few thiings in the configuration utility and with vista whenever i log on a window pops up telling me ive done so, then i have to go into it and exit it

is there anyway to shut this off?

windows has blocked some starup programs, click to view which ones have been blocked

or something of that nature

its just annoying

that happens when programs need ADMIN rights, the admin is you obviously and those rights only can be granted manually by you clicking yes or no, so if u turn off the User account control in control panel you should not have that problem

In XP, in that same kind of window, there's a check box in that screen that says, "do not display this message again" or something like that. Is there one in Vista the same that you may have missed?

I know in XP once you check that box, the message never comes back unless you change "something else." Then you just check the box again.
