Okay, I just built a computer a couple of days ago and just got my video card and put it in. I turn on my computer for the first time and install Vista Ultamite 32-Bit. Once I installed, It was working fine until I put in this CD I got from my ISP to try to get internet to work because It wasn't automatically detecting the connection.. After 10 minutes the compute freezes, I wait a while, and I manually turn it off by holding the power button. Next time I turned it on.. Oh my god. Startup took 15+ minutes, on the desktop everything click I make takes 5 minutes to do, opening a text file 5+ minutes... I click the start icon (wait 5 minutes), click the arrow (wait 5 minutes) click Shut down (wait 5 minutes) and then the page that says "Logging Off" takes 15+minutes plus my computer doesn't even turn off. My monitor (green light = on, orange = off) just turns black and the light blinks green and orange while my computer is still running... What do I do? Its killing me... I want to run my new rig

It might be Vista, so try out windows xp and if using xp dont work then it a hardware problem. Most likely if its hardware its memory or harddrive. Now it could be a power supply problem too check your volts and temps in the bios. And what is your psu's wattage?
