It was pretty fun, but very arcadey. I'd love a true bank heist game that didn't feel so much like COD. :(

Well, Grand Theft Auto V is aspiring for exactly that.

I'm a huge GTA fanboy, but I'd be surprised if they pull it off.
Well Payday was a interesting game but i didn't like its shooting totally unrealistic because i was shooting somewhere else and it was hitting somewhere else rather then that its graphics are amazing,If you play counter-strike 1.and then Payday you want be able to play correctlycxmg
Many people say this but the thing is Payday is an rpg really and your accuracy with all guns when you start is pretty bad. As you lvl up though you also get boost to your accuracy eveynow and then and it gets much better. That said though lvling in payday is a grind something they probably though about. Reaching max lvl requires you to play quite a bit. If you were put off by the accuracy and quit early then you never got see how the shooting really is + you never got to see most of the guns or gadets you unlock.

Yup. Heist's gunplay is terrible. There was potential but I think it's too late at this point. By the time they make Payday 3 or whatever, I wouldn't care for it. For a developer that is focusing on making a heist game, they did not do enough research to make a potentially good heist game.
Game engine sucks. Â They should have used Source engine instead.
