Im very drawn towards 3D at the moment. I would love to play Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 in 3D when they come out. But its so much money. I really want a new tv soon and it would be so much quicker get the money for a normal HDTV.

Or a better yet a plasma. If you want 3-D, the Panasonic plasma is the best out there right now.

I definitely think panasonic are the way to go, They seem to have the best TV's from what I've seen. I'd love to have the money to buy the new panasonic 3D TV but thats a lot of money. Would I be better off buying a really good HDTV or spend that much on the 3D one

I personally think 3D isn't worth it right now. Spec's are still flaky and different manufacturers are using different glasses/technology. In a year or two things will probably straighten themselves out and you will be able to buy a better performing 3D set for less money. Being on the leading edge is never cheap.

Yeah I know what you mean but I justordered a surround set up and would love a new TV but I don't wanna buy a normal HDTV(While they are very good) and regret it in a year when a really good 3D TV comes out and everyone ends up buying them

Just buy an alright HDTV now and then wait until 3D refines itself.

I just got a 23" 1080p HDTV for my room that I'm going to mount on my wall for $240.
