To play with all 7 races, you MUST have DOW and WA installed before installing DC. After that, when you enter Dark Crusade, the game will ask you to enter CD-keys for DOW and WA and thus unlock races in MP mode. However if you are don't have the petience to install all three games (like me), or you simply don't have the CDs with you there are 2 alternate solutions:
1.download somewhat illegal race unlockers (it's legal if you have 2 previous games) OR
2.edit registry base by adding in Dawn of War Dark crusade registry following lines:
W40KCDKEY and then type in your cd key AND
WXPCDKEY and then type in your WA cd key
To enter registry type "regeit"in run from start then open HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE, then expand SOFTWARE and find THQ and there DAWN OF WAR DARK CRUSADE. To create new registry entry right-click and select NEW->String Value. Hope it helps.

EDIT:Yes,I forgot to mention that you can play with all 7 races offline, but to play with all 7 races online read the above.It's just when somebody asks that question, first thing that comes to my mind is that they are asking is for MP.
