WARNING nooby question about an old game

Ok,how do you adjust the graphics on Morrowind? All i have been able to find is the view distance,shadows,and gamma correction.Aren't you supposed to be able to adjust the texture detail,model detail,etc. in the PC version???

1. You bought Morrowind. You can never be labelled a noob :)

2. Some games never get old.

I found the "configuration settings"(in program files/bethesda softworks/morrowind).I don't see anything in it that changes the graphics though.
