was spore stripped for future add-ons/expansions?

Really I can just imagine Maxis doing that but really the game flopped out on us but I think ts possible they took out the majority of the content and just gave you the basics,

I can just imagine them doing that or else they were really lazy for the past 4 years-_-.

As far as what they've been showing us for years, nothing has been stripped. I think its obvious the "real" game is going to involve the expansions though. I'd expect the first Spore expansion within the next 6 months, after that probably every 3 months a new one will start coming out. There are rumors about them adding water based (underwater cities) and flying creatures for their first expansion.SuperBeast
