Chris Avellone is one of the few writers in the gaming industry I can count on to put out something tolerable. I really hope this game does well at launch, if only to show that there is a market for old school RPGs.

I think the fact that Wasteland 2 has made more than 2.1 million dollars, sight unseen (remember nobody has seen a second of game-play), in Kickstarter funds shows that there's definitely a market for old-school RPGs.

After years of suffering I think it's finally a good time to be an old-school RPG fan.

Legend Of Grimlock (a return to the style of rpg that Wizardry, Eye Of The Beholder,etc.. use to be back in the day. Looks wonderful! I almost cannot belive we will get another rpg like this! I was a little kid when I played these style of rpgs but I loved them)

and now Wasteland2...

I never thought I would get to play another game like those two styles of old rpgs that we use to get. Its nice to see there are still some people who want some modern rpgs with an old school style/vibe to them!

Very excited for Wasteland2 and Legend Of Grimlock! Its like a blast to the past! :P
