xtreme systems has a good one you can follow, there is also this one i followed myself :)http://www.overclock.net/water-cooling/766479-watercooling-guide-beginner.html
Here is another guide:http://www.koolance.com/technical/cooling101/001.html . Btw, Koolance makes best water cooling products, the main thing you have to be careful about is the pump- if you buy a cheap water cooler and if the pump fails or suppose you were not there when it does- you'll wreck your entire system. So my recommendation would be: Buy a good quality water cooler or don't buy at all.
Just a rant here but I really dont understand why people use water cooling now, I mean a 2500K will happily go to 4.8Ghz on a decent air cooler. The limiting factor isnt the heat, its the CPU you happen to have.
Why do you need a guide, just plug stuff in, it really can't be rocket science.

actually if the barbs are not fitted properly it can leak all over your system, now i know you don't want that happening now do you :p

agree Danger Dens Pumps and Swiftech are two of the best so far.

now being you can get 4.8 on a Decent air cooler what do you think i can do with a custom water loop

Well 1155 CPU's CANT go beyond 5Ghz, its their limit. But you can get to 5Ghz with air cooling providing your lucky and get a decent grade cpu.[QUOTE="Neo_revolution7"][QUOTE="Daytona_178"]
