Watercooling.

Alright. My friend has an alienware computer and he told me he wanted me to add watercooling to it. I know almost nothing about watercooling. Any information would be very helpfull especially : best ones, most realiable ones, risks, pros, cons ect..

Novice level implementation of water is often no more effective than aftermarket air units like the V10 or the TRUE120.

If you live somehwere where its hot alot or not cool enough AC perhaps its worth it. Generally waste of money and air cooling is good enough. But then again I have friends with a watercooled PC just for the kicks, cause they can and they just want to dump all their money into water cooling. I'm satisfied enough without watercooling.

Best thing I would suggest doing is getting something like a TRUE 120 or Noctua NH-U9B. Cooler Master V8 and V10 or NOT worth the price.

Watercooling, GOOD watercooling, costs a pretty penny. $300+ or more.

He might as well empty his wallet. In fact, he may need to go to his bank account and empty that too.

You don't need such performance unless you are overclocking to the max. Air cooling (such has a Aftermarket CPU cooler) can get a pretty high overclock on its own and will be perfectly fine for stock for a much much cheaper price.

Not exactly. A single CPU-only loop can cost in the midst of $150-$200 without sacrificing quality if played right.

It depends on what you call a novice. Asking isn't a big no-no, as long you do your research (a few days worth is mandatory before anyone begins) and know the liabilities and risks before you attempt it. Novice level implementation, if done right, can be very effective at cooling components in a system.

Unless your shooting for the bling factor, I suggest you invest in a good air cooler for that (not to mention that the stock cooler applied properly should be able to handle the heat).

You don't need water cooling. Just get quality air cooling. Make sure your case is clean (wires neatly tucked away as to not impede airflow) and make sure your fan configuration is effective. Best way is to take cool air in from the bottom front and sometimes side of chasis and kick hotair out the back and top.
