Way to totally screw me over eb

Well I went to ebgames.com to buy COH online and download it straight to my computer. Now after the dl is complete but when i try to install it, it says it needs to install additional files, then it loads up half way and stops, now ive been waiting for 2 hours and nothing....lost 20 bucks to these @$$holes who really know how to screw people over.

This game cost 20 bucks at the local store and you get a shiny box with it and city of villains is 9.99 here.
