Well with the amount of content it currently has $25 is all it should cost MadCat46
has more playability than some console games that are $60.

Agree completly, one of the reasons I don't own a console and don't buy all that many PC games. I think it's a fun game and when Valve releases some more maps and the SDK I'll jump right back into it, it just got real old quick for me. I had the maps memorized, tank and witch spawns down perfect, and knew all the tricks for versus and this is with only 20 hours logged in for L4D. Every match felt pretty much like the one before that, and then the one before that, ect. I play multiplayer games for the randomness of it, but when it came to L4D I almost always knew what was coming up around the next corner.
But this is all just personal opinion, I know people who have logged 200 hours of L4D and still enjoy it, me I got 20 hours a couple of weeks ago and haven't touched it since. In another year this game will be bursting with content and I might have a hard to getting away from L4D, but at the moment it just doesn't appeal to me anymore. It's like a investment for the future, kind of regret it now but in the end it'll pay off double. For $25 though I'd be all over it, and if you haven't bought L4D yet you've got to do it now.
Game value to me is based on how much time I have fun with it. I bought Oblvion for $50 and had a good 60 hours of fun with it. I bought Bioshock for $4.99 and have yet to enjoy a second of it. Oblvion is the better value to me. Many people are complaining about the lack of content but seem to be getting many hours of fun out of L4D. SkeptomaniaThat is sad you haven't have fun with Bioshock, it is my fav game of all time. As Oblivion is really shallow and unenjoyable.
Why would it be suspicious?wow 50% off...thats suspicious (not you, i am talking about the content :P). They must be desperate to but the price in half because that is amazing XD.
Edit: Never mind, i looked at some screenshots, its looks great :D
