what did I say "I will not buy intel" one reason is they "laid off my brother". I just like AMD ok. So back off.

wow chill out dude when someone post a smiley with his tongue out its suspose to be sarcasm or a joke and laying off isn't that bad at all its just means that certain postition of the company isn't in use anymore its a part of life grow up it happens all the time. As for just liking AMD theres nothing wrong with that i would just rather you get the best for your money

*Back onto topic* The best bang for your buck is going to be the AMD X2 5000 Black Edition ($100), paired with a half-descent CPU cooler. Its stock is at 2.6 ghz and with a half descent motherboard can overclock to 2.9 ghz with no problems, if you have a descent mobo it can go much higher. I reccomend that CPU.

Whichever one you want as it seems performance is not important.

default multiplier is 13 and you can run 15 stable with no extra cooling i believe. i have it and i like it and i haven't overclocked it yet but plan on it soon. if you go amd make sure you get black edition, but not the 6400 because it doesn't have any"black edition" features like unlocked multiplier. also $100 for a 2.6ghz dual core that is easy to OC 500mhz is a great deal, and its power friendly

I got it over 4ghz watercooled but too bad the water cooled system wasnt mine =6
I would never buy water cooled systems anyway, too much risk.
