My AMD 4200+ idles at 38c and can go upto 52c on a load.  My 7800GT sits between 46-50c and can go upto 65c on a load. Generaly the graphics card shouldn't increase the overall tempurature in your machine as long as you have a good airflow.  My PC (which I built) has a 120mm fan (sorry I'm Metric) at the front pushing air in and one at the rear blowing air out.

My quad core is at 3.5 ghz on a zalman 9700, its idle 39C Load max 80C+ (intel TAT)

Generally you want 30-40C idel and nothing about 60C on load.

I'm getting a phase changer, so I'll say hi to -50C and since i have acess to cascade gas need a HVAC liscense which I will eventaully upgrade to which is -100C usually used on the motherboards on extreme overclocking, and ln2 for cpu, I will just have it on my cpu good enough for me.

Good temps to have(regardless of any of today's CPU) is around the 40c to 50c mark. Lower will always be better, but you should always be in around this range.

My X2 4600+ @ stock with a Zalman CNPS9500 idles around 27C and under load up to 36C.

When it was at 3.06GHz, it idled around 37C and under load it could hit the high 40Cs.

Don't go too low, things start slowing down a little once you approach absolute zero

I believe around 38 or so, I don't know, I can't measure my temp, only in BIOS.

Also I need to mention, I didn't OC my E6600 yet, I know it's a shame not to.

Temperatures that are considered high under full load is 60-65C.
