You're basically looking at very basic 3D gaming or 2D gaming. Here are a few suggestions (though any 3D ones I *think* might work) GTA3/VC/SA Fallout 1 and 2 Morrowind (a definite "maybe" on this one) Duke Nukem 3D (can buy at gog.com...I remember it being somewhat lengthy for a FPS) Sorry, I wasn't a big PC gamer at the time. Hopefully someone else can fill that out a lot more.

I don't think things are as bad as LongZhiZi is making out. According to this video, you should be able to play Call of Duty 4 (with everything on low, mind). Download the demo to find out.

I don't imagine you'll have any real problems with Morrowind either.

Why not type "Geforce 7150m" into youtube and see what comes up? If you're willing to sacrifice some detail and resolution, you'll probably find that most games from a couple of years back are very playable.

Look for a copy of "Tom Clancy's Chronicles" ...maybe at 'amazon.com used' You get three award winning games in a single box set at a bargain price: the original "Splinter Cell" from 2001 "Ghost Recon" from 2003 and "Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield" from 2003 These should play with your current configuration.

I'm not too sure about your GPU, but I had a laptop 2.5 years back with a crappy Intel integrated graphics card. I was able to play KOTOR, which you will like since you considered Mass Effect.

Don't forget HL1. It's not too long, but it's hours of fun. That's very old though, I suggest one of the Splinter Cell games, they're great, and they'll run on your system. Either Pandora Tomorrow or the first one.

I've had a look at a few more videos and reviews, and you're really not that limited in your choice of games if you're willing to run at low detail or low resolution. You will be able, for example, to run Far Cry reasonably well, F.E.A.R on mostly medium settings, Doom 3 quite nicely if you disable shadows and Half Life 2 on medium-high@ 1280x800. That's nowhere near as shoddy as people here are making out.
