How about with a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M or a NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS?

Minimum cards for anything 3d are going to be 8600M GT / 9500M GS / HD 3650. Maybe if you found some old, used laptop with a 6600/7600 or better you might play some older titles.

Both of these are very low-end GPU's and since they are mobile chipsets they're even worse when it comes to gaming. Seriously if you want to play anything fancier than The Sims 2 or something, you'll nedd a laptop with at least an Nvidia GeForce 8600MGT or ATI Radeon 2000 series GPU, and those normally come in notebooks costing more than your average budget ones you get for like $800 so you might need to go over $1000 to get anything decent but have a look at MESH Computers notebooks, they're quite good and so are some SAMSUNG and ASUS models. DELL's, HP;s mmm I'd stay clear of thier budget ones and avoid integrated Graphics chips and Radeon X300 or the low numbered GeForce GO 6,7,and 8 series chips, they're hopless to, but look about for one with the Graphics chips I told you about, sometimes bargains come up now and then.

Cheers
