If there was another one it would have been EPIC games, but UT3 was a huge disappointment. Let's hope UT4 has dedicated servers at launch, a decent amount of content, and the Assault game mode.

Infinity Ward - say what you will about Activision...but IW did a great job with the COD series! Excellent SP campaigns and solid MP (though mostly with COD4)
IW had one good game imo and that was the first CoD. All the others fail in comparison, even 4.Valve.
