Did you play it from the isometric perspective or the over the shoulder, third person style camera? This is for the majority of the game men!

I used the isometric camera for most of it and I think it would be a shame if it wasn't included again. It gave it an ol' school feel and made it easy to work out where you were going to attack.

I used to play it in third person mode, but now I think that over-the-shoulder is the most appealing mode for me.

Over the shoulder mostly, but I flicked the camera switch keys (F1-F3 I think) If I got surrounded so I could see right around me.

Same here. Are they talking removing it from 2? The only time I would use any other view is when the game forced it.

I chose 3rd person from the start... can you switch it in game? I seem to remember it saying you could but I never looked at how to do it hehe.

Isometric for exploration and third-person for combat.

Over the shoulder for the entire game - only used the other one long enough to try it out and go "Yeah, I'm not using that."

Isometric just didn't fit The Witcher IMO, The Witcher felt like it was designed to be played using the OTS camera, but that's just my opinion. I won't miss it in The Witcher 2, but there are still mods.

Same. I found it really helps in combat over the isometric

Over The Shoulder for everything and I got around the combat blind spots by using Igni.

I am surprised by this. I assume that when people say OTS camera they mean the third person mode. i haven't heard it called that very often.

Mostly over the shoulder, unless I had a large group of enemies; in those cases I switched to isometric.

Over the shoulders mostly, occasionally I'd switch to isometric during large fight scenes.
