What case are you on right now?

Btw,

I have a Cooler Master 690 but I'm not sure if I still want to keep it since I thought the Antec Nine Hundred looks cooler. Should I return my 690 for it? I bought the 690 for cheap ($20) but not sure if I want to use it. Recommendations?

I hate rebates also, long wait like two to three months to get the check sucks.I guess they are manufacturing rebates thats why they dont reduce the price.

Holy crap, I just googled Antec 1200 and that thing is gigantic! I don't think I'll have room but to stick with 900 over 1200. Looks almost the same though.

Antec 900. I love it, but if I were you (TC) I wouldn't return that 690. That's a very solid case and you got it for an excellent price. I mean the antec is around 100 bucks, sure its a better case but its also way more expensive and the one you have is quite nice.

Antec 1200? Looks like it's to the 900 what the P190 is to the P180/P182, only the 1200 doesn't seem to have dual PSU mounts. (I also think it looks a hell of a lot better due to the more squared-off design, though it still looks a tad ugly compared to the P180/P190 line.) Back on track-due to a smaller-than-expected budget, I had to get a cheaper case, namely the Rosewill R6AR6-BK. It's quite nice to work with thanks to the slide-in-from-the-front 5.25" drive mounting system and removable 3.5" drive cages, as well as the fact that it's wider than some other cases that I've had to deal with. Another neat little bonus is having four USB ports on the front. The case design sans front panel is also remarkably similar to Antec's SLK3x00B(and I'm glad they changed the front panel for something more flat and without one of those annoying front panel doors!). Of course, it's not without its downsides. The screwless card holder should have never been there; luckily, the case already has screws for expansion card installation. There isn't a front 120mm fan supplied, though there is a mount for it. The front USB ports are upside-down, so my USB drives and such always end up face-down. And, finally, I just don't understand why they couldn't throw in a front IEEE 1394/FireWire port and not just leave a knockout for one. Still, it's a great case for those on a budget, and apparently overlooked(probably because people tend to avoid anything with the name "Rosewill" slapped on it; were it branded Antec or some other, more popular case manufacturer, I'd probably see more forum posts raving about it as a viable option for those who only have 40 US$ to spend on a case).

LOL, I did the same thing, well with mine at least, left the one's on my gf's rig on there. Other than the front flaps this is the best case I have ever used.

I just got my antec 900 today. I was using a poor case for cooling my parts. I got this and my temps dropped 10-13c on everything. I also added a side fan to it which I took from my old case and a fan to put there by the HD's. I am thrilled with this case. All the Antec 1200 seems to be is a full tower sized Antec 900. Im happy with my purchase.

This is right, Antec 1200 is full while 900 is mid. Anyway we are 2 now that we both happy with our 900 :P

This is right, Antec 1200 is full while 900 is mid. Anyway we are 2 now that we both happy with our 900 :P

Soon to be three. I almost have everything except one, Arctic Silver 5 (prefer to use that), which I'll pick up at Frys within a day or two.

Fry's had AS5 on sale a few weeks ago. Got the Gigantic container with the refillable applicator for like $40. Enough As5 to do like 1,000,000 applications ROFL. Needless to say i'll never have to buy anymore. Ever.

Thermaltake tsunami If i could back go i would get a different one. Then i think about buying a new case and see it as a waste of money that can go towards hardware. :? A case is a case, if it works why change it eh? Some people don't even use cases :lol:
