What did you buy from the Steam Summer Sale?

Just posting a thread to see what everyone bought from the goodness of the Steam sale. I just looked it up yesterday so I missed a few things I would've liked to purchase, but I think I already bought enough games to occupy me for quite a while. So far I've purchased:

-Freedom Force Pack (Under $2 for two highly rated RPG's, can't really go wrong)

-Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom (Missed it on sale for $2.50 but $5 still isn't bad, this is my first indie game so I'm really excited)

-Indie Introversion Pack (Bought this on impulse even though I've never played any of these, they look simple and addicting though)

-Left 4 Dead 2 (I always complained about valve releasing what should've been an expansion at full price, but now it's cheaper than L4D1 :lol:)

-Civilization 4 Complete Edition (I've heard excellent things about this game, it's critically acclaimed, and it's $10 for the game including the expansions, can't really go wrong)

Altogether, I got 10 games and 3 expansions for a whopping $32. Gotta love steam! :)

How is The Defense Grid? I was considering purchasing that but saw mixed reactions over it.

Defense Grid is awesome and actually much deeper than it first seems. Why not just try the demo?

Not as much as I got during the holiday sale, but good enough. I am disappointed that they didn't discount Batman: Arkham Asylum and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

Haven't even tried them all yet. Saints Row 2 co-op is really a lot of fun, just have to get Saints Row Power Tools to slow the game down to proper speed. The only thing I don't like about the game is having to have the voice of a minority... lol.. there's no generic white guy voice.

And I've been playing Borderlands all day today... just stopped now. What an addictive game. I love shooters, I love loot games like Titan Quest, and just to have the two mix together and create something so delicious...

I got the overlord pack, x-com pack, red faction guerrilla, and thief deadly shadows.

I've only picked up Killiing Floor, but i still may make some last minute purchases.

Gothic 2 - 99 cents

Amazing game - - and the best bang for the buck I've ever seen. It'll be just about impossible to ever beat that deal.

The female actors use the same script as the males, so they're hilariously sexist and politically incorect. Give it a try at a clinic...
